Vendably gives you direct control over your personal data from the Privacy hub at /account/privacy/. These are user-level controls that apply to your account, not a specific merchant.
Exporting your data
You can request a copy of your personal data at any time. This is a GDPR subject access request. Vendably generates a downloadable export in the background.
To request an export:
- Go to Account and open the Privacy hub.
- Request a data export.
- Return to the Privacy hub to download it when it is ready.
The export is generated in the background and will not be available immediately.
You can request one export per 24 hours. If you need another export, wait 24 hours from your previous request before submitting again.
Account activity log
The activity log shows recent security events on your account, covering the last 90 days. Use it to spot unfamiliar sign-ins or changes you did not make.
You can filter the log and export it to CSV from the Privacy hub.
Deleting your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Vendably account from the Privacy hub. After you submit the request, a 30-day grace period begins. Your account and data are not deleted immediately; you can cancel the deletion at any time within that window.
After the 30-day grace period passes, the deletion becomes permanent.
Troubleshooting
Export not available yet. Exports are generated in the background. Check back shortly after making your request.
Cannot request another export. Exports are limited to one per 24 hours. Wait 24 hours from your previous request.
Changed your mind about deleting your account. Return to the Privacy hub and cancel the deletion request before the 30-day grace period ends.
