The Clients page, at /agency/clients/, is where you manage your agency's client merchant accounts. Adding, removing, and managing clients requires the Account Manager role or above.

    What you can see

Each client in your list shows:

    • Status: Active, Suspended, or Offboarding.
    • Claim: whether the client account is Claimed, or has a Pending ownership claim awaiting the client's acceptance.
    • Onboarding date: when the client account was added to your agency.

Your agency has a client limit. The page warns you when you approach or reach it.

    Adding a client

You can add a client in two ways.

    Manually:

    1. Go to /agency/clients/.
    2. Choose to add a client manually.
    3. Enter the client's business name and email address. Notes are optional.
    4. Save. The client appears in your list.

By importing from a connected ad platform:

    1. Go to /agency/clients/.
    2. Choose to import from a connected platform.
    3. Select Google Merchant Center or Microsoft Ads as the source.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the import.
    5. The imported client appears in your list.

    Removing a client

Removing a client sets their status to Offboarding. The account is not hard-deleted. You can still see it in your client list with an Offboarding status.

    Buying subscriptions for clients

Agency wholesale pricing is available from the client's plans page. A Stripe-backed wholesale checkout lets you buy a subscription on behalf of a client at agency rates.

    Troubleshooting

Cannot add a client. You may have reached your agency client limit, or you do not have the Account Manager role or above. Check both before contacting support.

Removed a client by mistake. Removal sets the client's status to Offboarding rather than deleting the account. The client record remains in your list. Contact support if you need the status reversed.
