Tiers advance themselves as you grow
Partner tiers are calculated from your active client count. When your count crosses a threshold, your commission and wholesale rates update automatically at the start of the next billing period. There are no applications, no manual reviews, and no waiting periods.
- An active client is any merchant you manage on the platform with an active account status. Both free and paid merchant accounts count toward your tier threshold.
- If your active client count drops below a tier threshold, your rates adjust to match. We give you advance notice and a grace period before any change takes effect.
- For agencies with unique requirements or large-scale portfolios, custom commission and wholesale rates are available. Contact the partnerships team to discuss.

How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is determined by the number of active client merchants you manage on the platform. Active client count is measured at the start of each billing period. As your count crosses a tier threshold, your rates update automatically. No application or manual review is required.
Can I lose a tier?
If your active client count falls below the threshold for your current tier, your rates will adjust at the next billing period. We provide advance notice and a grace period before any change takes effect.
When does wholesale unlock?
Wholesale buying unlocks when you reach Silver tier, which requires 10 or more active clients. At Silver, you get 20% off the retail subscription price. The discount rises to 30% at Gold and 40% at Platinum.
Do I need to apply to move up a tier?
No. Tier progression is automatic. There is no application form, no sales conversation required, and no waiting period. Your rates update as soon as your client count crosses a threshold.
Does the wholesale discount apply to existing client subscriptions?
Wholesale applies to new subscriptions you purchase on behalf of clients. Existing subscriptions already billing through a client's own account continue under their current arrangement. Contact the partnerships team to discuss migrating existing clients to the wholesale billing model.
Can I get custom rates for a large portfolio?
Yes. For agencies with large-scale portfolios or unique requirements, we can arrange custom commission and wholesale rates. Contact the partnerships team to discuss.
