The competitor tracking engine runs a 6-tier crawler across the retailers and marketplaces you specify. Products are matched using three strategies in sequence: exact GTIN match, Brand plus MPN match, and title similarity. All three must fail before a product is marked unmatched.

When a competitor drops price, goes out of stock, or launches a promotional discount on a product you carry, an alert fires within the hour. Those signals feed directly into the Rules engine for automatic repricing and into Channels for bid adjustments, closing the loop from competitor movement to your response.
