Detection

Every SKU with nothing happening.

DataHub processes your live product data daily and applies a multi-signal eligibility check across sales volume, impression share, spend efficiency, and inventory depth. SKUs that meet the zero-sales or under-impressioned thresholds are automatically added to the Incremental queue.

The eligibility criteria look across the last 30, 60, and 90 days of sales history, the last 30 days of impression data, cost per click versus category floor rates, and the ratio of spend to inventory value. A product does not need to have zero history to qualify: products that are technically running but generating negligible returns also become eligible.

Your account owns the campaigns, the conversion history, and the audience lists. Vendably handles campaign structure, bid strategy, asset rotation, and a monthly audit of performance.

Because the campaigns sit in your own account, you retain full visibility through the Google Ads interface at all times. Vendably maintains a detailed audit log of every change made, which you can review at any time. If you ever leave Vendably, the campaigns, data, and conversion history stay with you.

Your Vendably platform subscription covers the platform and Incremental Sales together. There is no extra fee for the programme. Vendably takes no commission on the revenue Incremental Sales generates, no share of the profit, no fee on ad spend. The ad budget you set runs entirely through your own Google Ads account; you keep every penny of the incremental profit it produces.

The only cost is the Vendably platform subscription you already pay. The only spend on top is the advertising budget you choose to allocate to Incremental campaigns, and that money goes to Google, not to us. You can opt out of Incremental Sales at any time from your Channels dashboard.
