Discovery analytics
What buyers want, before they buy.
Zero-result searches are a direct signal that your catalogue has a gap. Every query that returns nothing is logged, counted, and surfaced in the discovery report so you can act on it: add the product, expand the category, or write a synonym that bridges the gap. Abandoned-after-search journeys show you where buyers looked but did not click.
Query-to-conversion funnels attribute completed purchases back to the search terms that started them, so you know which searches actually drive revenue. Signals feed back automatically: zero-result queries go to Content so missing titles are flagged; missing attributes surface in DataHub as enrichment gaps.
