01 / DataHub

Your store data, organised once, used everywhere.

DataHub ingests product data from any source, enriches it, transforms it through rules, and distributes it to every channel you sell on. It is the data backbone behind every other capability.

37 destinations
20+ source types
Real-time sync
// overview

Everything that turns raw store data into channel-ready signal.

Three stages run in sequence on every product, every time something changes: ingest, enrich and transform, distribute. Each stage has its own depth; all three run automatically.

Ingest

Connect once, sync everywhere.

DataHub connects to every platform you sell through and pulls products, inventory, pricing, and media into a single normalised model. Change detection means only what changed is re-processed.

  • File uploads: CSV, XML, JSON, TSV, XLSX
  • OAuth platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce
  • Database connections: direct SQL pull
  • Remote files: FTP, SFTP, HTTP/S scheduled fetch

Enrich + transform

Fill gaps, fix problems, follow rules.

The enrichment pipeline infers missing brand data and matches products to the correct taxonomy category. The rules engine applies your filter and transform rules before any product reaches a destination.

  • Brand inference from MPN, EAN, title signals
  • Taxonomy matching: Google, Facebook, Amazon
  • GTIN and barcode validation
  • Rules engine: filter, transform, and conditional logic

Distribute

One feed, every channel.

37 destinations: Google Shopping, Microsoft Merchant Centre, Meta Commerce, TikTok, Amazon, eBay, and every major affiliate and comparison network. Per-destination field mapping and overrides.

  • 37 built destinations, more on the roadmap
  • Per-destination field mapping and overrides
  • Scheduled or change-triggered sync
  • Custom endpoints via API and webhook push
Ingest

Every source, one shape.

DataHub connects to your platforms via OAuth, reads from files on a schedule, or pulls from FTP and database sources. Every product from every source is normalised into the same canonical model: title, description, price, images, variants, attributes, identifiers, inventory.

Change detection runs on every sync cycle. Only products that changed are re-processed downstream, so even large catalogues stay responsive without burning unnecessary compute.

  • File uploads: CSV, XML, JSON, TSV, XLSX, custom delimiters
  • OAuth platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, auto field-mapping
  • FTP and SFTP scheduled pulls with connection health monitoring
  • Direct database connections for custom stacks

Enrich + transform

Rules and inference, running on every product.

The rules engine gives you precise control over what reaches each destination: filter out products you do not want to advertise, rewrite titles to match channel guidelines, set conditional overrides by category or price band.

The enrichment pipeline runs automatically. Brand inference reads MPN patterns, EAN data, and title signals to fill in missing brand attributes. Taxonomy matching maps every product to the correct Google, Facebook, or Amazon category without manual effort.

  • Filter rules: exclude by stock, margin, price, category, or custom field
  • Transform rules: rewrite titles, override attributes, apply regex patterns
  • Brand inference: fills missing brand from identifier and title signals
  • Taxonomy matching: automatic category mapping across all major schemas

Distribute

One feed, every destination.

DataHub maintains 37 destination connectors. Each destination gets its own field mapping so you can send different titles, descriptions, or categories per channel without duplicating your source data or running separate exports.

Sync runs on a schedule or fires on change. Change-only sync means updated products reach their destinations in minutes, not hours. An audit trail records every push so you can trace exactly what was sent and when.

  • 37 destinations: Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, eBay, Pinterest, and more
  • Per-destination field mapping and attribute overrides
  • Scheduled syncs and change-only triggered sync
  • Full push audit trail: what was sent, to whom, when
