Trust is Vendably's review platform. It collects verified customer reviews, runs them through a moderation pipeline, displays them on your site and public profile, and distributes your ratings to other surfaces including Google.
The Trust hub is at /trust/. The review inbox is the main working area, where new reviews land and where you respond, flag, or dispute them.

What Trust covers
Collecting reviews. Vendably sends post-purchase review invitations to your customers, individually or by bulk upload, and tracks each one from queued to completed. See Collecting reviews with post-purchase invitations.
Moderating reviews. Every review passes an automatic moderation pipeline before it reaches your inbox. You can respond to published reviews, flag or dispute problematic ones, and request more information from reviewers. See Review moderation and dispute workflow.
Displaying reviews on your site. Vendably provides an embeddable widget that shows your aggregate rating and latest published reviews on your own website. See Review display widget.
Importing reviews from external providers. If you have existing reviews on Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Yotpo, Judge.me, or Google, you can connect those sources in DataHub. See Connecting a review source.
What Vendably handles for you
These capabilities are platform-managed. There are no separate articles for them; they work automatically once Trust is active.
- Sentiment analysis. Vendably analyses each review for sentiment and feeds those signals into the Intelligence pipeline.
- Review aggregation. Vendably calculates a weighted average rating and a rating distribution across all your published reviews.
- Public review profile. Vendably hosts a public profile page for your business that lists your published reviews. It becomes indexable by search engines once you reach 5 published reviews.
- Google Product Review Feed. Vendably generates and submits a product review feed to Google Merchant Center automatically.
- JSON-LD review structured data. Vendably injects review structured data into your storefront so search engines can display review stars in organic results.
- Google Seller Ratings eligibility. Google's own eligibility criteria require 100 or more reviews in the last 12 months and an average rating of at least 3.5. When your account meets those thresholds, your ratings become eligible to appear as Seller Ratings on Google Search ads. Vendably submits the data; Google controls when they surface it.
