The Members page, at /agency/members/, is where you manage the people in your agency. Inviting members, changing roles, and removing members requires the Admin role or above.
Agency roles
Vendably has five agency roles:

| Admin | Manage the team: invite members, change roles, and remove members. |
| Account Manager | Manage client accounts and launch bulk operations. Cannot manage team membership. |
| Analyst | View operations and analytics. Read-only on the team. |
| Viewer | Read-only access across the agency. |
What you can do from the Members page
- View active members and pending invitations
- Invite a user by email and assign a role
- Change an existing member's role
- Remove a member from the agency
- Revoke a pending invitation
Inviting a team member
- Go to
/agency/members/. - Enter the invitee's email address and choose a role.
- Send the invitation.
If the invitee already has a Vendably account, they are added to the agency directly. If not, they receive a token-based email invitation to sign up and join. The invitation appears as pending until they accept.
Troubleshooting
Invitation not received. Ask the invitee to check their spam folder. If the email address is correct and nothing arrives, revoke the pending invitation from the Members page and send a new one.
Cannot manage the team. Inviting, changing roles, and removing members all require the Admin role or above. If you do not have these options, ask an Owner or Admin to make the change.
Cannot remove a member. You cannot remove yourself from the agency. The Owner cannot be removed by anyone. To remove someone who holds the Owner role, the Owner must first transfer ownership to another member.
