Vendably plans are based on the number of SKUs you manage. Choose your SKU tier, billing interval, and currency on the plans page, then complete checkout through Stripe.

Vendably bills through Stripe and keeps an invoice history at /billing/invoices/. Open the Stripe customer portal from billing to download invoices or update payment details.

Manage who has access to your merchant account from the Team page in settings. There are four roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer.

Your Vendably profile holds your personal account details: display name, email address, avatar, linked sign-in accounts, and notification preferences. It is separate from your merchant's business information.

Your AI allowance is a monthly capacity included in your Vendably plan. It resets at the start of each billing period. Add your own AI provider key for unlimited use.

The Privacy hub at /account/privacy/ gives you controls over your personal data: request a data export, review your account activity log (last 90 days), and request account deletion with a 30-day cancellation window.

Connect your Google accounts to Vendably from the Connected Accounts page in your merchant settings. Authorisation is stored against your user account and can serve the merchant.

Your merchant's business information is spread across a few settings pages: General for name and locale, Profile for trading details and tax information, Contact for phone and email, and Branding for logo and colours.
