Vendably runs a compute pipeline that aggregates signals from across your connected channels into a set of per-product metrics. The result is a single view of how each product is performing, and how that performance is trending compared to recent periods.
How it works
The pipeline runs as a multi-step compute process. It draws on 76 signal types across 12 entity types, pulling together data from your connected sources and channels (advertising, organic search, product feeds, order data, reviews, and more) and combining them into per-product outputs.
The per-product intelligence view, reached from the Intelligence dashboard at /intelligence/ or from the product list, shows a product's signals across recent periods alongside any active gaps detected for that product.
What the metrics cover
The pipeline produces metrics across several dimensions. Examples of order-derived metrics include order count, order revenue, and average order value. Examples of channel-derived metrics include sessions and clicks. These are illustrative: the full set of signals spans multiple channel types and is computed in a single pipeline run rather than assembled manually.
The per-period comparison lets you see whether a product's performance is improving, holding steady, or declining across each signal type.
Order feed and the Google Analytics 4 fallback
Order-derived metrics (such as order count, order revenue, and average order value) are most accurate when an order feed is connected. Vendably supports order feeds from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and file sources.
When no order feed is connected, those metrics fall back to Google Analytics 4 synthetic data. In that case figures are at daily granularity and customer-level detail is limited. Other signal types (clicks, sessions, and channel-specific signals) are unaffected by the order feed status.
