Able is Vendably's AI copilot. It works both as a conversational assistant you can open from any merchant page and as an active layer that narrates insights and suggests actions across the product.
Where Able appears
Chat panel. A launcher lets you open Able's chat panel from any merchant page. Ask Able questions about your store and it draws on your Vendably data to respond. See Asking Able questions for how the chat works.
Insight narration. When Vendably detects a gap in your catalogue, Able writes the short plain-language explanation that appears alongside it. These narrations describe what the gap is and why it matters. See Gap detection.
Rule suggestions. After an import, Able analyses your product data and proposes data-quality rules. Each suggestion explains the pattern it found and which products are affected. You can accept or dismiss suggestions in the Rules section. See AI rule suggestions.
Able acts with your approval
Able does not take actions on your account without your approval. When it can do something on your behalf, it asks first. You confirm or decline before anything changes.
Allowance and settings
Able usage is metered against your plan's included allowance. If you prefer, you can bring your own AI provider key instead of drawing on the platform allowance. Both options are managed at /settings/leo/.
If you run low on your allowance, Able's responses may be limited until the allowance resets or you add a key.
