After each import, Able scans your product data for patterns that a rule could fix or improve. It surfaces these as suggestions in the Rules section at /rules/, so you can act on them without having to build rules from scratch.
What a suggestion contains
Each suggestion tells you:
- The pattern Able detected in your data
- How many products the pattern affects
- The rule it would create if you accept it
- A confidence indicator showing how strongly the pattern appears
Reviewing a suggestion
Open the Rules section and look for the list of pending suggestions. For each one you can:
Accept. Vendably creates a pre-filled rule based on the suggestion. You review the rule and confirm it before it runs. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Dismiss. Vendably suppresses that pattern for 30 days. After 30 days, if the pattern still appears in fresh data, Able may suggest it again.
How suggestions stay current
Vendably generates suggestions automatically after imports. Suggestions that have not been acted on expire after 30 days, so the list stays relevant to your current data rather than accumulating stale items.
