The store health score gives you a single daily number that reflects how your store is performing across the signals Vendably tracks. You find it on the Intelligence dashboard at /intelligence/.
What the score reflects
The score is a composite out of 100. It rises or falls with several factors:
- The count of active gaps and critical gaps across your catalogue (see Gap detection)
- How your products are distributed across lifecycle stages (see Product lifecycle classification)
- Customer and order health signals
- Channel mix
- Organic and paid performance signals
Vendably recalculates the score every day. The dashboard displays the current score alongside the lifecycle distribution and gap counts so you can see what is driving the number.
What the score does not tell you
The exact formula and the weight each factor carries are not disclosed. The score is a directional signal, not a precise audit output. Use the breakdowns shown alongside it to identify where to focus.
When order data is unavailable
Inputs that depend on order history fall back to Google Analytics 4 data when no order feed is connected. If you want the score to reflect live order data, connect your order feed via the integrations settings.
What to do with the score
A falling score usually means gaps are accumulating, lifecycle distribution is shifting towards stale or discontinued products, or channel performance is weakening. Drill into the Intelligence dashboard breakdowns to find the source. Resolving gaps (see Gap detection) and keeping your product lifecycle classifications current (see Product lifecycle classification) are the two highest-leverage actions.
